Dos Amigos in Albany

My fiancé and I drove from burksville to eat here because it had really good reviews, well I don’t see why. The waiter looked at me like I was retarded when ordering, the food was a 3 at best, chips were stale, too salty or not enough salt, very slow service Steak was not tender at all. Do yourself a favor and find an el mazatlan. Dos amigos more like dos cabrons

Absolutely love this place, awesome food, great service (Gloria will talk to us for as long as she can 😁and so will Jose) can't beat it.

Me and my husband bought take out and got a californa burrito and he got the cheesy steak burrito with a lare order of both rice and beans for the side and we got a side of cheese sause. We got home and opened the bag and there was no cheese sause and we opened the food and it was a small rice and beans and then i opened the burrito and it was just meat nothing else inside of it.... And it was all cold and we were there on time.... If i could i would give it zero stars we will not be going back

We love this place, great food, people and atmosphere. If our guest at our Bed and Breakfast want to have a great dinner, we will send them over to Dos Amigos. Sometimes we even join them.

The food was very good, and inexpensive. The salsame was mediocre, like tomato sauce & garlic only. I am used to more flavors, but our entree's were very good, and the bill surprisingly low! The atmosphere was colorful and delightful.

We used to like this little restaurant, but the food quality & customer service have greatly decreased lately. Their prices have remained the same, but food quantity is now half (see picture). I'm not going back to that place unless management fixes its issues.

Awesome food! It was the first best Mexican restaurant in Albany and it's still the BEST mexican restaurant in Albany. The decor is awesome and very nice. The food is the best and so is their chips and salsa. Friendly service too!

World's most average Mexican food. Chicken tasted like nothing. Like actually nothing. Not bad, not good- so little flavor it was like eating water. Service wasn't bad, but all the employees acted nervous, like they thought we were about to hit them.

Good food but sorry service. Had to chase down waiter and also get up to get drinks. No one came around to check on us.

Called in an order spoke Spanish since they didn't understand what I was saying and they still got my order wrong and wouldn't replace it, and a different time we found a hair in the cheese dip so once again I spoke Spanish so everyone wouldn't hear what I was saying and they brought us another with out asking and charged us for both!!!! Also they once told me that I couldn't order the whole tilapia for my son bc it had bones in it like I wasn't going to feed him!!!! Also I got a cup with a lid so my son didn't spill it, when we went to get a refill I opened the cup after he drank it and they was a 1 inch long cockroach inside and once again I had to pay for it they didn't say sorry or anything!!! I should have wrote 4 bad reviews instead of one bad!!! Also if you work there you only get to eat beans and rice you can't fix anything on the menu like other places!!!!!

Fast friendly good

The service was no where to be found. When they finally came they did not even know the menu and how to explain the orders. When the food came out several of the items had to be sent back because they were ice cold. We had to ask for several item multiple time like utensils and more salsa and refills. Would not recommend coming here. We were a party of seven.

I haven't been here in a long while, but they do have great good. Even though I don't eat much, the Chimgani is great, even though I can't eat half. I also love their gachamoli and gachamoli salad, as well as their salsa and those warm tortilla chips. Great service every time.

Mexican food is one of my Families favorite. Love to get the fajitas, my daughter and I usually share. There's plenty for the two of us.
